There are two statewide contracts from which state purchasing agents are encouraged to purchase listing commodities and services from the community rehabilitation programs participants in the State Use Program. These contracts are:

WVARFJAN for Janitorial Services

WVARF for commodities including:

absorbency kit and supplies
bottled water
liquid hand soap & dispensers
survey stakes
wiping cloths
rubber coated laboratory aprons
steel framed mirror
fish habitat structures
data management
microfilming
first class mail presort
grounds maintenance
courier service
low impact monitoring for roads and bridges

Data Entry Operator 2
Executive Secretary
Custodian
Groundskeeper
Guard 1 and 2
Laborer
Office Assistant 2 and 3
